We currently offer a Permissive Usage License for our entire catalog, encouraging the integration of our masters into your original content.

Independent Usage Policy

We grant independent creators the non-exclusive right to feature Nervewire Records music in user-generated content (UGC) across platforms including YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Monetization: You are permitted to monetize your independent content featuring our music.

  • Copyright Claims: You may receive an automated "Copyright Claim" via YouTube Content ID. This is a standard identification of ownership and is not a copyright strike. Your video will not be removed, and your channel standing will not be affected.

Attribution Requirements

In exchange for the use of our masters, we require a clear credit to the artist and label. This support allows us to continue developing the music we all enjoy.

Commercial, Corporate & Media Use

This permissive license applies strictly to independent creators and non-corporate user-generated content. Use of Nervewire Records assets for the following requires a formal Synchronization License:

  • Television, Feature Films, and Streaming Series.

  • Paid advertisements or corporate brand campaigns.

  • Commercial product placements.

Nervewire Records reserves the right to update these terms or revoke usage permissions at its sole discretion to protect the integrity and commercial value of our artists’ work.
