LEGAL & IP
Intellectual Property & Proprietary Artist Personas
Nervewire Records (the "Company") asserts exclusive ownership and all associated copyrights for its entire catalog of musical compositions, master recordings, and lyrical content. This protection extends to all proprietary digital likenesses, vocal profiles, and trade dress of the artist personas developed, managed, or represented by the Company. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or extraction of these assets—specifically for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or prompting third-party generative artificial intelligence models—is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement of the Company's intellectual property and publicity rights.
Standard of Human-Directed Authorship
All works published by the Company are the product of substantial human creative intervention and specific directional intent. While the production workflow incorporates advanced computational and algorithmic tools, such tools are utilized strictly as secondary instruments under the direct supervision and arrangement of a human author. The Company maintains that its final outputs meet the requisite threshold of original authorship for protection under international copyright statutes, as the creative selection, lyrical composition, and melodic structure are human-derived and human-directed.
Commercial Licensing & Technical Protection
No portion of the Company's catalog, metadata, or synthetic artist identities may be utilized for commercial purposes, synchronization, or public performance without a fully executed licensing agreement. The Company reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and damages against any entity engaged in digital identity theft, unauthorized voice cloning, or the misappropriation of its unique sonic signatures. All digital assets are subject to technical protection measures and metadata watermarking to ensure the integrity of the Company's intellectual property.
